Initial commit of the SYZOS technical documentation

I’m not a maintainer/reviewer, but I had a small structural suggestion regarding the docs layout.

Sections 5 (“Platform Specifics: x86”) and 6 (“Platform Specifics: ARM64”) both fall under the same conceptual category of platform-specific behavior.
It might read a bit more naturally if they were grouped under a single “Platform Specifics” section, e.g.:

5. Platform Specifics
   5.1 x86 (Intel & AMD)
   5.2 ARM64

One possible benefit is that if additional architectures are added later, they could fit naturally as 5.x subsections, without having to renumber the rest of the document.

Totally optional, but I thought it might help from a long-term documentation organization perspective.
